Price Match Policy

We offer a price match promise on all our products in store and online. To negotiate a price match customers must contact us with details of the competitor’s product including the cost of delivery.

Please send an email to hello@birdseyesports.co.uk including a link to the product on the competitor’s site that you would like to price match.

The following criteria must apply to the price-match product:
 

• The product must be identical in terms of size, colour, specification, model and season.


• The product must be in stock and immediately available from the supplier at the time of contacting us.


• The price must include delivery. If not, delivery costs will be added to the product price to create an inclusive price for that product delivered alone.


• The price must not include any volume discounts, promotional, membership or loyalty discount. It must be the price available to all customers at the time we carry out the price match.


• We do not include any prices listed on auction or marketplace sites such as eBay, Amazon, SportPursuit.


• If your price match is valid we will email you a voucher code to use in the shopping basket on our website to provide you with the discounted price.
  
  If we do not believe your price match is valid we will email you a full reason why we cannot provide you with further discount.
